SCARBOROUGH P., CLARK M., COBIAC L., PAPIER K., KNUPPEL A., LYNCH J., HARRINGTON R., KEY T., SPRINGMANN M.
These datasets support a paper published in Nature Food called 'Vegans, vegetarians, fish-eaters and meat-eaters in the UK show discrepant environmental impacts'. They are supplementary to another deposit in ORA which can be found here: https://ora.ox.ac.uk/objects/uuid:ca441840-db5a-48c8-9b82-1ec1d77c2e9c. The datasets here allow for the running of code that is freely available at https://github.com/PeteScarbs/environment-impact-of-diets One additional document provides the calculation used to support the claim in accompanying press that reducing meat consumption in the UK could be equivalent to removing 8m cars from the road.
